“CAN I MAKE A RETURN?”

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED. THE EXCHANGE ITEM/ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE. 

“HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?”

PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT marmade@marmadestudios.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AND SHIPPED OUT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT. 

“CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE OR ITEM AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?”

“HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?”

IF EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT OR IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED ITEMS WE WILL ISSUE STORE CREDIT THROUGH EMAIL IN THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO THE RETURNED ITEM/ITEMS. 

“DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES?”

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECT TO PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. WE ARE UNABLE TO ESTIMATE THESE COSTS AT CHECKOUT.

“HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE NEXT RESTOCK IS?”

YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE FOR INFORMATION ON ALL UPCOMING RESTOCKS.

DOMESTIC MAIL

IF SHIPPING DOMESTICALLY IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL

APPROXIMATELY 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE MORE LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE DELAYS.
